I wanted to give our sincere thanks for helping us prepare and sell the clinic and the unit. Everything went well, and I appreciated your support and professionalism throughout. You made a potentially complicated and stressful sale as smooth as could be hoped.

I am happy working with the new owners, we are all getting along well and I am enjoying doing just the ‘vet stuff’, without the stress of the business/management side of things.

Also I have to say the settlement agent was absolutely brilliant, particularly Himali (the lady I was dealing with), all communication was prompt and thorough, and the fact that they managed to get it all sorted despite the buyers not being up to speed was particularly impressive.

We have spent the last two weeks organising accounts, medical oxygen, and the transfer of internet/phone stuff, but we are pretty much sorted now 😊
